Crafted with a rugged rubber exterior and reinforced with a hard chrome-plated inner core, the Elite Competition Plates are built to handle the demands of intense training and provide control over your barbell thanks to their low bounce rate upon impact. They feature easy-to-read weight indicators for quick adjustments and are available in pairs of 10 and 25 LB and sold individually in 35, 45, and 55 LB.
Each plate features a color-coded indicators to IWF (International Weightlifting Federation) standards for quick identification during your workouts. These plates also have raised lips for easy handling when loading them onto your bar, or for when you need a little extra grip when using them for free weight exercises like weighted sit-ups, bent-over rows, squats, and more.
With a 50.6 +/- 0.2mm collar opening and a 355mm diameter for the 10 LB plates, and a 450mm diameter for the 25, 35, 45, and 55 LB plates, these bumper plates fit all standard 2" Olympic barbells, making them perfect for both home and commercial gyms.
